The Topaz features one two room and three room fully equipped efficiencies that can accommodate from two to four to six people with air conditioning, heat, remote color cable TV, and daily maid service. Microwave ovens and refrigerators are included in every efficiency suite and refrigerators and coffee makers are in all single room motel rooms.

The Topaz pool area is perfect for relaxing and has excellent southern exposure for sun bathing. Our pool is equipped with a solar heating system to keep the water warm and has a shallow kiddie area for youngsters. For your convenience, the Topaz has a poolside shower, an ice machine, barbecue grills and a guest Laundromat.

The Topaz Motel is conveniently located in the heart of Wildwood Crest, just steps from the World's Finest, Safest Bathing Beach, churches, restaurants, fishing, and Wildwood's famous boardwalk.

    Deposit Requirements: In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit (US CURRENCY) equivalent to 2 days rental is required and must be received within 5 days of the time of booking. Deposits will be credited to the first and last day of the reservation request. Early departures on confirmed reservations are subject to deposit forfeiture. Personal checks are accepted for deposit only if received within 2 week prior to your arrival date. Reservations are subject to confirmation.

    Balance Due On Arrival: Upon registration (US CURRENCY) balance is due payable for number of days reserved. Sorry, no personal checks accepted for payment of final balance.

    Cancellations: A refund minus 25% of the deposit will be given only with written notice of two weeks or more prior to the arrival date. No refund or credits of deposit with less that 2 weeks written notice. Deposits are not transferable to future reservations.
